Meenal Kapoor
Meenal Kapoor is a nutritionist and lifestyle modification coach with an experience of 7 to 8 years. She believes in being the coach, guide and friend and focus on the root cause analysis than on the symptoms. The internet is flooded with information and misinformation that often misguides people and worsens their condition. “ What diet to choose, which exercise to do “ is a perennial dilemma. But she believes in working around your current dietary pattern to make following a diet- an Interesting activity than just a Task !! She believes the changes in lifestyle have to be more permanent than just a temporary fix.
With an experience of coaching over a hundred clients for weight loss, lifestyle disease management or just eating more healthy, she believes that often it is the rapport between the nutritionist and the client that works wonders.
